Do I have to pay before using Runrun.it?
No, you are given 14 days free to evaluate the software with up to 100 employees in your account. After this period ends, our plans are pre-paid, which means that the client makes the payment before using the software.

My Runrun.it trial period still has not ended. If I sign up for the service now, do I lose those days?
We offer access to Runrun.it for evaluation purposes for 14 days and for up to 100 users per account. If you decide to subscribe to a paid plan during this period, you will have the right to use the account for free until the end of those 14 days.

Can the annual payment for the plans be paid in installments?
No. Payments for annual plans must be paid in full.

All forms of payment are made through the system, and never by one of our consultants. To make the payment, use the link sent by the consultant and follow the step-by-step guide to complete your purchase.

How can I sign up for a subscription to Runrun.it for my business?
A specific contract between Runrun.it and our clients is an option available exclusively for Enterprise plans. To use the software with the Corporate plan, just accept our Terms of use, which function as a legally valid contract.

Which plans give me access to user support?
All plans give you access to the use of user support via a support ticket that can be obtained at help@runrun.it, in addition to our community support page. However, priority will be given to tickets for Corporate and Enterprise accounts, which will also have access to telephone and chat support.
